When Oy Botnia Marin AB expanded its export activities to the international market in 1988, Targa Yachten GmbH Germany was founded in Hamburg as one of the first Targa authorized dealers outside Scandinavia. During the "hanseboot 1991" we celebrated the much acclaimed premiere of the original Targa 27, a very unusual boat for the boating world at that time - practical, fast, safe - and with an idiosyncratic look. Soon, a dedicated fan community of experienced and demanding Targa owners developed on the German coasts, which we personally serve to this day and will continue to do so in the future. Our experience from many years of close cooperation with the Finnish shipyard allows us to implement even special requests and sophisticated technical solutions; not least as a competent partner in the design and construction of fast response boats for police and rescue services.
