BOATING! LIVE! HAMBURG YACHT FESTIVAL

Experience the HAMBURG YACHTFESTIVAL - the new Hamburg boat show in the heart of Hamburg's marina in Wedel. From September 6 to 8, 2024, the unique In-Water Boat Show awaits you for the second time, closing the gap in the autumn trade fair offer for the boating industry in Hamburg. Since the hanseboot was discontinued, water sports enthusiasts on the Elbe and the North Sea have been longing for a new and exciting event - since 2023 it has finally arrived!

The HAMBURG YACHTFESTIVAL is organized by the agency Yachtfestival365, which also organizes the largest German in-water boat showthe ancora YACHTFESTIVAL in Neustadt in Holstein on the Baltic Sea. Managing Director Heiko Zimmermann and his team are bringing their expertise and passion to Hamburgto create an unforgettable experience here too.

You can look forward to impressive boats and yachtswaiting for you on the jetties in the picturesque Osthafen. In addition, our exhibitors will present exhibitors present their high-quality range of equipment and services in pagoda tents. But that's not all: you can expect a varied varied stage and action program all about boating. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of water sports and experience exciting presentations, workshops and spectacular demonstrations.

The HAMBURG BOOTSMESSE coincides with the big marina festivalwhich is organized by the 52 clubs at the Hamburg marina. In addition, the Days of Sailing of the German Sailing Association and the Safety Days of the cruiser division club take place.

And a special highlight awaits you on Saturday with a large maritime flea market. Here you can rummage for treasures and discover unique maritime souvenirs.

ARRIVAL

By train

Take the train to Hamburg main station. Change there to the S1 to Wedel. On foot, leave the station and walk straight ahead along Gorch-Fock-Strasse. This becomes the street Am Freibad and later Lüttsandsdamm. At the end turn right into Deichstraße and you will reach the Hamburg marina .(Footpath approx. 2 km)

With tHE BOAT

And the most beautiful form of arrival by boat is of course also possible! As usual, please coordinate with the harbormaster for berths.

By car

Freeway A7, take exit Bahrenfeld and from there follow the B431 to Wedel. Turn left into Bahnhofstraße, turn right into Gorch-Fock-Straße and keep following the road (becomes Am Freibad and later Lüttsandsdamm). From Lüttsandsdamm turn right into Deichstraße until you reach Hamburger Yachthafen.

Parking is available directly on site at the Hamburg marina in Wedel. A day parking ticket costs € 5,-.
