Our mission is to help them host cost-effective, high-quality exhibitions for the recreational marine industry around the world by setting standards and providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and the development of cooperation among members.
As Germany's largest in-water marketplace for the boating industry, we are pleased to be a member of the German Boat and Shipbuilders' Association, as are many of our exhibitors. Over 70 years, this industry association has developed from an association of craft shipyards in the yacht and shipbuilding industry into a modern industry representation that encompasses almost all areas of the maritime industry and represents their interests. ANCORA YACHT FESTIVAL RECORDS MORE THAN 17,000 VISITORS
After three days of a full program for both experienced boat owners and water sports beginners, the ancora yacht festival came to an end on Sunday. 17,023 visitors came to Germany's largest in-water boat show on the Bay of Lübeck at the weekend. Organizers and exhibitors were satisfied with the three-day event, which marks the start of the season for many water sports enthusiasts.

The ancora yacht festival opened last Friday and showed the entire weekend in the ancora marina what new products and must-haves water sports have to offer this season. 160 yachts could be viewed, exciting lectures and live workshops awaited the guests and over 180 exhibitors with all brands from the water sports sector presented their products in the pagodas in the heart of the marina. The whole event was complemented by a varied children's program and the harbour night with live music.
THREE DAYS BY THE SEA - WONDERFUL!
The ancora yacht festival in Neustadt in Holstein last weekend offered an atmosphere that could not have been better at a boat show. Sunshine galore and a relaxed mood among visitors and the public created an atmosphere to enjoy. Those who had not come to the yacht festival with very specific appointments could simply sit on the promenade and watch the action in the harbor.

For 15 years now, the Ancora Yacht Festival in Neustadt in Holstein has been the starting signal for the boating season on the Bay of Lübeck. From May 31 to June 2, the most important brands in the boating industry will once again be presenting themselves at Germany's largest in-water boat show.

Here in the middle of April, around 150 people have been arranged in advance - this includes a number of stands on the land area, before which 100 stands will be taken, and a varied program with panel discussions, discussion forums, tests of the exhibition and much more.
HALF YACHT SHOW, HALF FESTIVAL ON THE BALTIC SEA
If you count the boats that have been presented in Neustadt shortly after the start of the season for the past 15 years, you get a pretty complete overview of the sailing and motorboat innovations that belong on the Baltic Sea. 180 boats were on display at the ancora Yacht Festival 2023 in the five-star marina of the same name; this year, from May 31 to June 2, there could be just as many.
