DESCRIPTION
Saare Yacht's mid-cockpit yacht, the Saare 47, celebrates its premiere at the Ancora trade fair and impresses with a range of new features. The foredeck of this elegant yacht is dedicated to guests - be they fellow sailors, children or grandchildren.
The wet room is equipped with a stylish washbasin, a longitudinal toilet with holding tank and a separate shower area. The shower waste water is not drained into the bilge, but pumped directly outside, providing a refreshing start to the day.
With a length of 2 meters and a width of 1.18 meters at the front and 2.26 meters at the rear, the berth in the foredeck offers generous sleeping comfort. There are reading lights both fore and aft, and depending on your preference, you can sleep at the wide end or at the front. The berth is already equipped with a high-quality Flexima mattress as standard.
Large side hull windows offer breathtaking views of the harbor and anchorage and can be elegantly closed with roller blinds. There is sufficient space under the berth for an additional tank and plenty of storage space for larger items, supplemented by two large drawers.
Above the berth on both sides is a swallow's nest with a shelf, bookshelf and small cupboard. Opposite the wet room there are three large closets, which you can equip as you wish. There will also be an optional forward extension with an island bed and another wet room.
Accessible from the deck, large storage spaces in the bow offer additional space. On deck, two small deck hatches will be installed in front of the mast for ventilation in the passageway and in the bathroom, as well as a large hatch above the berth. Two large hull windows and two windows in the superstructure provide plenty of light in the cabin and bathroom.
There is a large anchor locker in the bow area of the deck, which can accommodate a long chain, additional lines and even some fenders. On request, a stainless steel bowsprit can be fitted, which is equipped with a folding bow ladder, an anchor holder and an attachment point for the gennaker or Code Zero.
The attachment point for a fixed cutter stay or a removable stay is solidly mounted between the anchor locker and sail storage space. The cutter stay can optionally be fitted with a furling system so that you can switch quickly and safely between the large headsail and the cutter jib from the cockpit when the wind picks up.
A large hatch (approx. 60 x 60 cm) for sail storage is located in the foredeck. There is also space here for a packed inflatable boat as well as the Code Zero, a gennaker and other sails. For safety reasons, the bulkhead between the sail stowage area and the foredeck is designed as a watertight collision bulkhead and also accommodates the bow thruster. A second bulkheaded area under the anchor locker offers additional protection in the event of a collision.
The stern offers safe and elegant steps down to the retractable bathing platform.
The innovative bathing platform (approx. 85 x 150 cm) is an absolute novelty. It is practically invisible when retracted and is often not needed when mooring in reverse. However, this design does not get in the way like the folding stern platforms. The transom offers various heights for placing a gangway and always ensures safe access to shallow pontoons or the dinghy. The platform can be extended electrically and steplessly to protrude only a few centimetres or even completely out of the stern
As always with Saare Yachts, there are also a number of interesting variants for our new top model:
Third cabin with single berth or bunk beds
Separate office space with navigation area
Longitudinal galley in the passageway to the owner's cabin
Large chart table on starboard with extra-large oil locker
Additional cool box (also as freezer)
Large, wide lounge sofa instead of the armchairs in the saloon
Island bed in the foredeck
With these variants, your ideas and our solutions, you can turn your Saare 47 into your very own luxury yacht.
