Exhibitor badges

The participation fee includes the provision of exhibitor passes. These are used for admission authorization on the three days of the fair and must be kept ready accordingly. Each main exhibitor and co-exhibitor will receive 2 exhibitor passes per pagoda, 2 exhibitor passes per berth and 2 exhibitor passes per 9m² of exhibition space. Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased in the ticket store (€ 20,- plus 19% VAT - to be ordered online).

Parking passes

Due to limited parking availability, the following regulation applies:

On the event grounds: max. 1 exhibitor parking pass (IN) valid from May 31 - June 02, 2024(€ 50,- plus 19% VAT - to be ordered online) per registered main and co-exhibitor.

Outside the event grounds in the designated parking spaces: 2 exhibitor parking passes (OUT) per registered main and co-exhibitor valid from May 31 - June 02, 2024 are included in the service package. Additional exhibitor parking passes (OUT) valid from May 31 - June 02, 2024 can be purchased in the ticket store(€ 12,- plus 19% VAT - to be ordered online).

Marketing Package

(see item 14 ATB)

The cost of the marketing package is included in the mandatory service package for main and co-exhibitors. 

The marketing package includes entries in the trade fair media (print, online exhibitor directory), advertising material (posters, visitor brochure), naming the boat brands on the jetty signage, a brand logo on yachtfestival.de, your boat brand(s) in the brand directory, and participation in the Online Boat Show (boats and yachts). Also included are 15 pcs. Free codes for inviting customers. Additional invitation codes can be purchased at a reduced price in the ticket store(€ 4,20,- plus 19% VAT - to be ordered online).

 

The closing date for entries in the exhibition media is 03 May 2024. If this deadline is not met, existing details from the application / admission will be carried over. Exhibitors with registration / admission after the closing date will only receive one entry in the online list of exhibitors and will be charged the full amount.

Service package

(see section 14.4 ATB)

The service package is obligatory for every main and co-exhibitor. The cost per main and co-exhibitor is 399 plus VAT. The service package includes Use of electricity and the marketing package (see above for scope of services), dark gray carpet in the pagodas, exhibitor passes (see exhibitor passes below), participation in the exhibitor evening (while ticket stocks last) and 2 exhibitor parking passes (OUT) valid from May 31 - June 02, 2024 outside the event grounds in the designated parking spaces.

Registration fee co-exhibitor

(see clauses 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 ATB)

Co-exhibitors must be notified to YF365 in writing, stating the company name, address and products / services. A co-exhibitor fee will not be charged. Only the service package of € 399 plus VAT will be charged for co-exhibitors and invoiced to the main exhibitor.

Exhibitor change

A takeover of the booked stand space (exhibitor change) is only possible after prior approval by YF365 and signing of a contract takeover agreement.

Amount of advance payment for ancillary costs

At the ancora YACHTFESTIVAL there is no additional discount amount.

Power supply on land

The power supply (consumption) on land and in the hall is included in the service package. Extension cables and / or cable drums as well as an adapter earthing contact plug to CEE ("port plug") are not provided and must be brought by the exhibitor.

Guest berth fees

Exhibitors with boats participating in the exhibition will receive a special 15% discount on the usual guest mooring fees at ancora Marina from May 25 to June 4, 2024 (excluding exhibition days). From June 4, ancora Marina will charge 5 times the daily guest berth rate for each additional day for boats moored in the marina for longer than 2 days without prior arrangement. A written registration for berths before and after the fair is therefore mandatory with the harbor master Kim Seemann.

If you require additional services, such as forklift provision, lifts, cranes, loaner jacks, etc., please register this at the ancora Marina Customer Service Center (for contact persons, see overview). 

These services are not included in the participation fee and can only be provided during ancora Marina's business hours and upon prior written notification and agreement.

Port security

The instructions of the port and security personnel must be followed. Exhibitors/owners are responsible for the correct mooring of the vessels.

Stand construction permit 

All stand structures that exceed a construction height of 2.50 m are subject to approval. Stand structures that have not been approved, do not comply with the Technical Guidelines or do not meet the legal requirements must be modified or removed by the exhibitor if necessary. Please also observe the regulations for platforms, ladders, stairways and walkways.

Minimum size 

The minimum size per stand area on land and in the exhibition hall is 9 m², and the minimum depth is 2 m.

Admission restriction 

Only maritime exhibits are permitted.

Onerestriction

It is not permitted to advertise in any form outside the rented berth and/or pagoda areas. All boats are to be brought into the harbor by the exhibitor on his own keel and at his own expense.

Cleaning 

The cleaning of the stand areas, pagodas and boats is the responsibility of the exhibitor. It must be completed daily before the opening of the event.

Pagoda deposit

This year we waive the cash payment of the deposit of € 50,- per pagoda. A fee of € 50,- per pagoda will be charged if the pagoda is not left properly, clean & on time (clearance only after the end of the event and no later than 03 June 2024 12.00, see dismantling times).

Stand space reductions

The stand area specified in the admission is binding. Stand space reductions made by the exhibitor after admission will therefore not result in a reduction of the stand rent. If YF365 succeeds in subletting the space, an administrative fee of 25% of the participation fee must be paid for the unused space in accordance with Item 8.6 of the General Conditions of Participation (ATB).

Stornation of the stand

Cancellation free of charge is possible within the period stated in the placement proposal, or until admission without placement proposal. In the event of cancellation after admission, Sections 8.2 ff of the General Terms and Conditions of Participation (GTCP) shall apply.

Hygiene regulations

The Corona Control Ordinance of the State of Schleswig-Holstein in force at the time applies during the event (incl. set-up and dismantling). A corresponding hygiene guideline will be prepared for the Yacht Festival.

Cancellation due to pandemic

(see item 15.1, 15.2 ATB)

Should the ancora YACHTFESTIVAL be cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. pandemic), we will cancel free of charge. For our costs incurred until then, we charge a lump sum of € 400,- (plus 19% VAT) per admitted exhibitor.

For the visit of the ancora YACHTFESTIVAL's the following ticket fees are charged for visitors:

1-day ticket adults (valid on one of the 3 days of the fair): 

Online sale: 10,-, Box office: € 12,-

1-day ticket child up to 17 years (valid on one of the 3 days of the fair): 

Online sale: € 5,-, Box office: € 6,-

1-day ticket reduced for pupils, students, trainees, pensioners, people with disabilities:

Online sale: € 8,-, Box office: € 10,-

1-day family ticket (parents with all children up to 17 years): 

Online sale: € 23,-, Box office: € 25,-
