How do sailors dispose of their trash on a cruise, and what exactly does environmental protection mean when sailing? This interview deals with these and other questions of environmental protection. Do banana peels belong in the sea? Where can I land with a dinghy? Nature belongs to me - or does it?

Can families also sail with (small) children? What has to be considered? Bernd Hassenjürgen will explain this in his lecture.
A lecture all about the trim of foresail and mainsail. Sailing consultant Oliver Ochse will explain how the threads in the jib help to steer the way to windward and find the perfect position of the hoist point.
The mainsail is about the throttle of the sailboat. If this sail is trimmed correctly, the boat will not only sail faster, but also more upright and with less rudder pressure. How the strings should be in the leech and how backstay, traveller and mainsheet can be used for this is explained in this lecture.
